(Senior) Expeditors (M/F)

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Follow-up on purchase orders placed by our Clients from issue date of order up to including final delivery
• Monitor fabrication progress at the suppliers by verbal and written contacts or by making shop visits
• Identify potential problems at an early stage and prepare corrective action plans in conjunction with the suppliers and our Clients
• Prepare and maintain status reports

 

Profile of the candidate:

• Education at MBO level, some technical knowledge is preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent Dutch and English in speaking and writing
• Flexible and pro-active attitude
• 2-5 years experience in a similar function
• Driver license BE
• Administration skills, knowledge of the most common computer programs
• Living in Amsterdam area
